Anna's Italian Specialties started 40 years ago when I first stepped foot in my Grandmother Anna Santarpio's kitchen. Most of my favorite family memories were standing or sitting next to her learning how to make our families recipe for Sunday gravy. Yes "Gravy" to put on your macaroni! It is easy to love good food, and we Italians know a couple of things about it. My Mom Mom taught me when you enjoy cooking, you become acquainted with ingredients and flavors with a pleasurable delight; you get to know how they mix with each other, which type of scent their fragrance produces and how they will taste once they touch your tongue. Over the course of my life I have spent thousands of hours making and perfecting my Mom Mom's Italian recipes. At Anna's Italian Specialties we are committed to bringing the freshest ingredients, with proven family recipes to your event.

  • How does it work?

    It's simple, really. Our business is on wheels. We go wherever you want, whenever you want and make you fresh, scratch-made, Italian food. Real ingredients, real chefs and a real Italian food—all for real foodies.

  • How long does service run?

    It ranges from 2 to 3.5 hours, depending on your (guest) count.

  • Where can you go?

    Our business knows no bounds. He wheels all over town, 7 days a week, year-round.

  • What kind of food?

    We can make anything for anyone’s palate, we specialize in our grandmother homemade Italian food. 

  • Are utensils, plates, and napkins included?

    Yes. Plastic plates, utensils, and napkins are included.

  • How do I secure/confirm my event?

    A 50% deposit holds your reservation. Final headcount and remaining deposits are due one week before your event.

  • Can we accommodate dietary preferences?

    Absolutely. We just need advance notice, so let us know when you book your event.

  • What is your inclement weather policy?

    Safety is our top priority while traveling to and from events. Due to this precaution, Home Slice reserves the right to postpone any event due to inclement weather, including but not limited to rain and high winds. 

  • How many staff?

    Three staff members are present for every event under 100 guests. Additional event staff are available at a rate of $20 per employee per hour, at a three-hour minimum.

  • What space is needed for the truck?

    We require a dedicated and legal parking space approximately 30’x10’ to accommodate our truck, pizza oven, and tent.
